All ELEMENTS are crafted with the most suitable materials for their purpose. Across our collection of ELEMENTS® straps, slings, and studio accessories, some styles are available in all five material options, and others are thoughtfully produced with the best-matched materials for comfort and performance. All materials are developed specifically for our Pilates straps and selected Gyrotonic studios’ covers. These Pilates strap linings are developed for both professional studio environments and personal use.

NEOPRENE – Structured Pilates Strap Lining

Cool, smooth, and silky to the touch. Neoprene offers a cushioned, responsive feel and is our most structured lining — ideal for higher-load settings. Slightly heavier than cotton or fleece, it adds support and durability while maintaining a refined, professional finish. Neoprene is used for lining on our Pilates Reformer straps.

FLEECE – Soft material for Pilates straps and slings

Light, warm, and exceptionally soft. Fleece delivers a comforting, gentle feel that moves with you. Ideal for clients who prefer delicate contact and a near-weightless experience during practice. Fleece is used for our Pilates straps and all ELEMENTS® Slings.

COTTON BLEND – Breathable lining for personal Pilates straps and covers

Breathable and naturally absorbent, this cotton-blend lining is a preferred choice for sensitive skin. It remains cool against the body and provides a clean, grounded texture with understated softness. Cotton blend is used for our Pilates loop and Roll, Pilates Double Loop, and Double Loop straps, recommended as Personal Straps. We also offer a selection of covers for Gyrotonic studios made from cotton blend material.

ELEMENTS® Pilates Fuzzies Ivory Faux Fur

FAUX FUR – Eco-Conscious, Ultra-Fluffy Lining for Pilates Straps

Exceptionally soft with a plush, breathable finish. Slightly more substantial than fleece or cotton-blend, yet flexible and comfortable for barefoot practice. Faux fur introduces a sense of quiet luxury, making it especially suited to personal use. Faux Fur is used for our ELEMENTS® Hanging Straps, Single and Double Loop Straps, Roll Handles and Safety Foot Straps.

SILICONE LEATHER – Wipeable Studio Material

Supple, sleek, and sophisticated. With a refined texture and beautiful hand feel, silicone leather elevates the tactile experience while maintaining exceptional grip and durability. Ideal for studios where hygiene, longevity, and presentation are essential. Silicone leather is used in our  ELEMENTS® Wipeable Pilates straps and selected ELEMENTS® covers for Gyrotonic studios.
