As our products come into direct contact with the body, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy also ensures that every customer receives a brand-new product.

Each item is carefully inspected and securely packed before shipping.

Please note that ELEMENTS® ships internationally from Xiamen, China. In the rare event that a return is exceptionally authorised, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any refund issued may be subject to deductions for non-refundable payment processing fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges incurred by Momentum World.
