Question: How to connect my ELEMENTS to the reformer ropes?

Answer: Select your Reformer straps connection based on the reformer ropes’ ends

We offer three connection options for ELEMENTS Pilates Loop and Roll and Pilates Double Loops:

D-ring and Short Rope ELEMENTS connections are compatible with reformer ropes featuring clips or long (big) loops, on ends; as shown in the photos:

You will need to put the ELEMENTS strap through the reformer’s rope loop. See video

Long Rope ELEMENTS connections are compatible with reformer ropes featuring small loops on ends, as shown in the photo. The ELEMENTS can go through their own rope connection. Video coming soon.
