ELEMENTS® belts for Pilates and Gyrotonic practice provide stable body support and secure positioning during studio exercises. Designed for professional environments, they help practitioners maintain alignment while allowing teachers to guide movement with precision.
Used on Pilates Cadillacs, Trapeze Tables, Reformers, Gyrotonic equipment, and studio floors, belts assist a wide range of exercises — from stability and traction work to assisted movement and stretching.
The ELEMENTS belt collection includes specialised designs for lumbar support, Cadillac bed exercises, and general movement guidance, offering reliable performance and comfort across different training methods.
ELEMENTS® belts are versatile tools used in professional studios to support movement, improve stability, and create controlled resistance during Pilates and Gyrotonic training.
The collection includes three belt types designed for different applications:
Lumbar Belt
Developed in collaboration with movement educator Carla Mullins, the Lumbar Belt supports stability, strength work, and assisted movement. Multiple D-ring positions allow flexible attachment to springs, ropes, or other studio equipment.
Pilates Cadillac / Trapeze Table Bed Belt
Designed specifically for use on the Cadillac bed, this belt features a wide, padded fleece lining that provides comfortable contact when used with the feet or when held during exercises at the edge of the table.
Yoga Belt
A lightweight, adjustable belt used for stretching, positioning, and guided movement work. Its cotton-like ribbon and smooth edges make it comfortable for both Pilates and yoga-based training.
Together, these belts help teachers and practitioners create stable connections, guided movement pathways, and safe load-bearing exercises across a variety of studio setups.
ELEMENTS® belts are part of the ELEMENTS system of straps and accessories used in professional Pilates and Gyrotonic studios worldwide.
