ELEMENTS Shoulder loops are unique straps. Another type of our original! Created for use around shoulders for the GYROTONIC® method and can also be used around calves and thighs or as single loops in a “ski pole” hold. They have layers of material all around the ribbon, making them cushiony from all sides. The inner loop is 60cm (23.5in) in circumference.

Fleece lined Full circle of fleece material “wrapped” around makes the straps thinner and very comfortable for sensitive skin and muscles under the arms.

Wipeable, silicone leather lined Same as the fleece-lined ones PLUS silicone leather outer layer. This is a waterproof and air semi-permeable material that creates an air cushion between the strap and the body. Super hygienic, wipeable and machine washable. They fill a bit more rigid than fleece-lined ones.

Our products are designed for both personal use and professional studios, and with the right maintenance they will stay durable, hygienic, and a pleasure to use for daily practice.

How to Wash ELEMENTS Products

All ELEMENTS (except the Wooden Roll Handles) are machine washable, use the setting and detergent for coloured fabric.

Personal ELEMENTS can be washed together with your activewear.

The Wooden Roll Handles should be wiped. The faux fur sides ones can be gently cleaned with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking to preserve the beauty of the wood.

 

WIPEABLE covers and straps

Wipe them daily using disinfectant or water with a few drops of a dish-washing detergent. Always use a soft cloth and press gently. Do not rub the edges vigorously.

All Wipeable ELEMENTS can be occasionally machine washed on the cold setting with mild detergent.

How to Dry ELEMENTS Products

Soft cloth products (covers, cases, pouches) can be tumble-dried.

Use the same setting as you would for your activewear.

Straps and handles can also be dried in a tumble dryer, however, we do not recommend as D-rings might make unnecessary noise or damage the machine.

Air-drying time will depend on the products, but also the way the products have been washed and rinsed.

Ironing ELEMENTS Products

If ironing is needed, please use the medium setting for both temperature and steam.

Dry Cleaning

ELEMENTS have not been tested for dry cleaning, so we do not recommend it.

Signs of Wear

Natural signs of wear will appear over time. These are not considered faults. Customers are responsible for maintaining items according to our guidance.

Worldwide Delivery

We ship ELEMENTS worldwide from our studio in Xiamen, China.
All parcels are sent via trackable, signed-for courier service including FedEx, DHL, and SF Express.
Average delivery time worldwide is 4 to 10 working days from dispatch.

International Customs Charges

Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Rules vary by country, and we cannot confirm the exact fees in advance.

United States only: we’ve combined the postage and the tariff into a single charge, making it considerably more economical than when they were billed separately.

Tracking Your Order

 You will receive an email with the tracking details.

Registered customers can track orders through My Account → My Orders.

Guest customers can track orders directly on the courier’s website.

Unclaimed or Rejected parcels

All orders are shipped with trackable courier service.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive or collect the parcel.

Unclaimed or rejected parcels are not supported by our service.

Postage Cost

Postage cost depends on parcel's size and destination, and is shown on the Basket and the Checkout pages.

For orders from Hong Kong, China and Taiwan, shipping is via SF Express and the postage is payable by the receiver upon delivery.

For hygiene reasons ELEMENTS cannot be returned or exchanged.

Every product is carefully inspected before posting and appropriately packed. It is highly unlikely that any item will arrive damaged.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it so we can review the case and assist you. We will need to see photos, and if necessary, have a short video call to better understand the issue.
