The Y Loop Straps take their name from the innovative Y-shaped construction: one straight loop aligns with the spring or rope, while an angled loop provides additional support to the wrist or ankle.

Each ELEMENTS® Y Loop Strap has a clear primary purpose while remaining versatile in professional studio settings.

Hand Y Loop Straps
Designed for the Gyrotonic Upper Body Opening series. They support the hands and wrists while allowing fluid movement and spiralling. They may also be used on small feet when a close fit is preferred.

Foot Y Loop Straps
Created specifically for feet and leg work. They support full flexion and pointing and can also be used around the elbows for upper body exercises.

Wipeable Foot Y Loop Straps
Made from high-tech silicone leather for studios that require fast disinfection between clients, without compromising structural integrity.

Standing Straps
Developed for standing exercises in the Gyrotonic Archway program. They feature extra-wide padding and a secure Velcro cuff that keeps the strap in place during dynamic leg movement. Standing Straps are particularly supportive in rehabilitation and neurological recovery work.
