ELEMENTS^® Standing Straps are an original ELEMENTS^® design, developed specifically for standing exercises within the GYROTONIC^® Archway program.

Created as a more comfortable alternative to narrower standing connections, their extra-wide cushioning, Y-shaped construction and secure adjustable cuff help distribute pressure while supporting and stabilising the foot and ankle during upright movement.

Secure Support for Standing Movement

ELEMENTS^® Standing Straps were developed specifically for standing exercises in the GYROTONIC^® Archway program.

Their Y-shaped construction creates a secure connection around the foot and ankle, providing additional stability during upright and dynamic movement.

Unlike conventional foot loops, Standing Straps combine a secure fit with generous cushioning designed for the particular demands of standing work.

Original ELEMENTS^® Design

ELEMENTS^® Standing Straps are an original design by ELEMENTS^® founder Ana Mariana Sosic, developed in response to requests from GYROTONIC^® practitioners looking for a more functional and comfortable connection for standing exercises on the Archway.

The final design was developed over approximately seven months of testing and refinement and is protected in China. Today, ELEMENTS^® Standing Straps are recognised and used by GYROTONIC^® practitioners and teachers internationally.

Cushioned Support & Secure Fit

Standing Straps feature:

Extra-wide, thick cushioning
A soft, supportive connection around the foot and ankle
An adjustable Velcro cuff that secures the strap in place
Stable positioning during dynamic standing movement

The cuff wraps securely around the ankle, helping to prevent the strap from slipping while allowing natural movement through the foot.

The wider cushioned construction helps distribute pressure across a greater area, particularly important when body weight is being supported through the connection.

Rehabilitation & Supported Movement

The additional stability around the foot and ankle makes Standing Straps particularly useful in rehabilitation and adapted movement settings.

They can provide additional external support for practitioners working with:

Reduced foot or ankle control
Balance and coordination
Lower-limb strength and movement
Neurological rehabilitation, including post-stroke movement practice

The straps provide the supportive connection, while the exercise, resistance and level of assistance can be adapted by the teacher or rehabilitation professional to the individual practitioner.

Product Care

Taking good care of your ELEMENTS straps, slings, and covers will keep them looking fresh, colourful, and comfortable for years to come. Our products are designed for both personal use and professional studios, and with the right maintenance they will stay durable, hygienic, and a pleasure to use for daily practice.

How to Wash ELEMENTS Products

All ELEMENTS (except the Wooden Roll Handles) are machine washable, use the setting and detergent for coloured fabric.

Personal ELEMENTS can be washed together with your activewear.

The Wooden Roll Handles should be wiped. The faux fur sides ones can be gently cleaned with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking to preserve the beauty of the wood.

WIPEABLE covers and straps

Wipe them daily using disinfectant or water with a few drops of a dish-washing detergent. Always use a soft cloth and press gently. Do not rub the edges vigorously.

All Wipeable ELEMENTS can be occasionally machine washed on the cold setting with mild detergent.

How to Dry ELEMENTS Products

Soft cloth products (covers, cases, pouches) can be tumble-dried.

Use the same setting as you would for your activewear.

Straps and handles can also be dried in a tumble dryer, however, we do not recommend as D-rings might make unnecessary noise or damage the machine.

Air-drying time will depend on the products, but also the way the products have been washed and rinsed.

Always air dry.

Ironing ELEMENTS Products

If ironing is needed, please use the medium setting for both temperature and steam.

Dry Cleaning

ELEMENTS have not been tested for dry cleaning, so we do not recommend it.

Signs of Wear

Natural signs of wear will appear over time. These are not considered faults. Customers are responsible for maintaining items according to our guidance.

Worldwide Delivery

We ship ELEMENTS worldwide from our studio in Xiamen, China.
All parcels are sent via trackable, signed-for courier service including FedEx, DHL, and SF Express.
Average delivery time worldwide is 4 to 10 working days from dispatch.

International Customs Charges

Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Rules vary by country, and we cannot confirm the exact fees in advance.

For the United States only: we’ve combined the postage and the tariff into a single charge, making it considerably more economical than when they were billed separately.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with the tracking details.

Registered customers can track orders through My Account → My Orders.

Guest customers can track orders directly on the courier’s website.

Unclaimed or Rejected parcels

All orders are shipped with trackable courier service.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive or collect the parcel.

Postage Cost

Postage cost depends on the parcel's size and destination, and is shown on the Basket and the Checkout pages.

Orders from Hong Kong, China and Taiwan are posted with SF Express. The postage is payable by the receiver upon delivery.

All ELEMENTS® products are sent from and returned to our production studio in Xiamen, China. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Return shipping costs, together with any applicable import duties or customs charges, remain the responsibility of the customer.

Every ELEMENTS® product is carefully inspected and securely packed before leaving our studio.

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review the issue and assist you. We may request photographs or, if necessary, a brief video call to better understand the situation.
