By submitting the wholesale form you are agreeing to the following:

1. Momentum World Ltd has all rights to check the information provided and decide upon further disclosure of confidential business information.

2. You (the Client) will not advertise the products bellow MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) and/or will not have retail prices set bellow RRP (Recommended Retail Price).

3. The products will not be shipped for sale purposes out of the countries mentioned above.

4. You will use only promotional material provided by or agreed with Momentum World (this excludes Social Media photos of products in use).

5. All sales or promotions of ELEMENTS via internet, websites, social media, news letters must be pre-approved by Momentum World at least 14 days in advance.

What do you do as an affiliate
Promote ELEMENTS and/or other brands owned by Momentum World on your website by:

• Placing our ads, banners and links on your site

• Accessing our product data feed and promoting key products to ensure your visitors are the first to know about the latest addition and promotions.

We will make sure your website is suitable for our products and contact you to let you know the outcome of your application.
