Returns

If you wish to return your ELEMENTS please contact us within 10 days and post them back to us within 14 days from the day you received them.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

We will issue a refund for the items returned and ask you to make a new purchase.

Refunds

A refund will be issued on the day we receive your parcel.

Monies will automatically go back to the same account you used to make the purchase.

Useful checklist when sending ELEMENTS back to us:

 

  • email us to make us aware of the return
  • we will advise you where to post the goods ( this could be an address different from our Head Office address in China)
  • post items back to us within 2 weeks from the date the goods were received by you
  • post back only unused items unless differently agreed with us
  • use recorded fast delivery when posting ELEMENTS back to us
  • cost of the return postage and possible added taxes are to be bared by the customer
  • email us the details of the currier company and tracking number

 

The signs of wear

Those will eventually appear. Those are normal and not considered faulty.

It is the customers’ responsibility to look after the items as per care guidance provided on this website and/or on the labels attached.

Unclaimed or Rejected parcels

All of the orders are posted from China using a service that does not support ‘Unclaimed’ or ‘Rejected’ parcel options.

We provide tracking details for all parcels and it is the responsibility of the customer to track their item and ensure they are available to receive or collect the parcel from a local pick-up point.
