Xavier Fabrega has been teaching Pilates for over 13 years, blending a modern, athletic approach with the core principles of the method. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, he founded House of Pilates, a private training space, and KOR, a dynamic studio concept focused on creative, high-energy group classes.
His passion lies in intelligent movement and purposeful class design—helping clients move better, feel stronger, and guiding instructors to grow with confidence and creativity. Xavier regularly travels to present workshops and trainings internationally, always inspired by the evolving nature of Pilates, especially with equipment and props.
The ELEMENTS reflect the values he brings to his own teaching: innovation, precision, and performance. He believes that the right props and equipment can completely elevate the way we teach and experience Pilates, opening up new possibilities while staying true to its essence.

RE:FORMER – Rethink the Flow
Progressive Pilates Reformer Workshop
This workshop is built around Xavier’s original Reformer repertoire—each movement created with intention and carrying its own story. Born from real experiences in the studio, every exercise is a response to client needs, teaching challenges, and a desire to bring something fresh to the Reformer without losing its core.
You’ll explore a collection of purposeful, creative movements that are easy to integrate into private sessions. With a clear structure and focus, each exercise is designed to support specific goals—whether it’s postural alignment, strength, control, or mobility—making them adaptable across client types and levels.
Through hands-on practice and open discussion, you’ll refine your teaching, rethink your class flow, and discover new ways to layer cues, progress exercises, and approach the Reformer with clarity and purpose.
This workshop is an offline online, and available exclusively to studios who wish to host Xavier in their space.
