Y loop straps are for hands, elbows and feet. The name comes from their Y letter shape. There is one straight loop that should be positioned in line with the spring or rope and one angled loop is sewn onto the straight strap that has a supporting role. The shape maintains while in use making those loops super practical and ranking them amongst favorites for exercises on Pilates Cadillac and Gyrotonic Tower.

Y loops give the user a sense of safety and confidence to practice as they will not slide off. ELEMENTS Y loops are made in a variety of materials and we confidently say that they are comfortable and will enhance your performance.
