Ankle Cuffs: The inner side has 26cm (10 in) long padded lining and a soft velcro in continuation. This allows comfortable use for the circumference up to 33cm (13 in).

Thigh Cuffs: The inner side has 53cm (21 in) long padded lining and a soft velcro part in continuation. This allows comfortable use for the circumferences from 25cm to 58cm (10in – 23 1/2in).

How to Wash ELEMENTS Products

All ELEMENTS (except the Wooden Roll Handles) are machine washable, use the setting and detergent for coloured fabric.

Personal ELEMENTS can be washed together with your activewear.

The Wooden Roll Handles should be wiped. The faux fur sides ones can be gently cleaned with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking to preserve the beauty of the wood.

WIPEABLE covers and straps

Wipe them daily using disinfectant or water with a few drops of a dish-washing detergent. Always use a soft cloth and press gently. Do not rub the edges vigorously.

All Wipeable ELEMENTS can be occasionally machine washed on the cold setting with mild detergent.
