We ship ELEMENTS Pilates straps, slings, and covers worldwide from our studio in Xiamen, China.
All parcels are sent via trackable, signed-for courier services including FedEx, DHL, and SF Express.
Average delivery time is 4–7 working days from dispatch.

International Customs Charges

Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Rules vary by country, and we cannot confirm the exact fees in advance.

United States only: A current tariff of 30% is automatically charged on all ELEMENTS delivered to the US.

Tracking Your Order

 You will receive an email with the tracking details.

Registered customers can track orders through My Account → My Orders.

Guest customers can track orders directly on the courier’s website.

Postage Cost

Postage cost depends on parcel’s size and destination, and is shown on the Basket and the Checkout pages.

For orders from Hong Kong, China and Taiwan, shipping is via SF Express and the postage is payable by the receiver upon delivery.
