By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders & Payments

When placing an order, you will need to provide your full name, billing and delivery address, email address, and phone number. This information is used solely for processing and delivering your order and will not be shared with any third party.

Payments must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.

Once an order is placed, you will receive two emails. One from us confirming your order and one from PayPal confirming the payment. PayPal operates and authorises card payments on our website.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship ELEMENTS worldwide from our studio in Xiamen, China.

Postage cost depends on parcel’s size and destination, and is shown on the Basket and the Checkout pages.
For orders from Hong Kong, China and Taiwan, shipping is via SF Express and the postage is payable by the receiver upon delivery.
- All parcels are sent via trackable, signed-for courier services including FedEx, DHL, and SF Express.
- Average delivery time worldwide is 4 to 10 working days from dispatch.
- You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
- Registered customers can track orders through My Account → My Orders.
- Guest customers can track orders directly on the courier’s website.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking and ensure they are available to accept delivery.
- Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Rules vary by country, and we cannot confirm the exact fees in advance.
- United States only: we’ve combined the postage and tariff into a single charge, making it significantly cheaper than when they were billed separately.
- Our delivery service does not cover fees for unclaimed or returned parcels.
4. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Every product is carefully inspected before posting and appropriately packed. It is highly unlikely that any item will arrive damaged.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it so we can review the case and assist you.

We will need to see photos, and if necessary, have a short video call to better understand the issue.
5. Product Information

We make every effort to display product details and colours accurately, but slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.
6. Liability

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier once the parcel has been dispatched.

Our maximum liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the purchased goods.
