ELEMENTS Harness Sling is designed for weight suspension in standing and weight bearing exercises, ensuring stability and safety.
Wearing Options:

- Back: Ideal for assisted squats and jumps, providing support from behind.
- Front: Enhances push-ups and extension exercises, supporting the pelvis.
Harness Slings can be used in all movement methods with equipment such as Pilates Cadillacs, Wall boards, Ladders, Towers, and bars. Use them with springs and bungees. What you use will depend on the height of the attachment and your clients hight, weight and fitness level.
ELEMENTS Harness Slings come in two sizes:

- Standard:
- Width: 12cm (4 3/4 in)
- Length: 80cm (31 in)
- Total length with D-rings: 120cm (47 1/2 in)
- Standard:
Recommended for smaller frames and advanced movers. Aimee Challies, for instance, uses this size.

- Wide:
- Width: 20cm (8 in)
- Length: 90cm (35 1/2 in)
- Total length with D-rings: 129cm (50 3/4 in)
- Wide:
Suggested for larger frames or individuals in rehabilitation.
Both versions are fully padded and fleece-lined to prevent sliding and ensure comfort. The sling can hold up to 120kg of weight.
